Why
To give kids the opportunity to experience the joy, confidence, and sense of empowerment the fun competition atmosphere provides.
When
- Saturday January 25, 2020
- 7:45am: Registration opens
- 8:15am: Athlete briefing
- 8:45am: First heat
Who
Kids and teenagers ages 7-18/high school senior. Each athlete is guaranteed 3 WOD’s in addition to a floater WOD. WODs and movement standards will be released prior to competition. If unable to perform the listed RX movements, modifications for those movements will be available. More details to be released midNovember.
Age Divisions
- 7–9 (co-ed)
- 10–12
- 13–14
- 15–18
- **Ages 10 and up will be seperate male and female divisions
